There can't be any doubt that Moss is a top 5 receiver. Just look at his #s. They speak for themselves.

yep...his career numbers are stellar


5 arrests for $25,000 in fines and 7 tantrums...

you can usually find this sort of production in the later round of the draft.

Steve Smith should be a steal this year

Moss hasn't put up top 5 WR #'s since the departure of Chris Carter. He won't this year either.
Another fellow viking who's #'s went down once Carter left is Culpepper.
Mike Tice has turned the Vikings into a running team now, so I think Moss's days as a top 5 WR are over.

C'mon Nero play nice here. Moss isn't the only one in professional sports to have had some problems. We could start with Ray "I didn't kill anybody" Lewis, or Rae "I did kill somebody" Carruth. Or how about Michael "why is my nose white?" Irvin. The list goes on and on.

Moss has had problems. But this thread isn't about his problems. It's about his production. He's a top 5 plain and simple. Of course I do wear purple tinted glasses :-)
