Rhodes has built his reputation by taking teams from high 20's ranking on D to top 10 D in his first year. I can attest to his lacking as a head coach, but that man has everything it takes to be a top DC in this league. Seattle will have a top 10 D next year. Couple that with their number 6 O from last season and you are going to win some football games.
Alexander was inconsistent last season but if Hasslebeck can continue his progression from last year, they will have a real passing threat. I don't need to explain what that will do for the Run. He should be back to his 2001 form.
With things clicking, SAlexander should be a top 3 back
I really think they are going to be a huge threat next year.
Niners and Rams should not be a problem. A refreshing changing of the guard out west.
