The 9ers will tear this division up...................Owens is in for a career year with Erickson coming in.

As far as Norman Hand goes..if he plays 13 games this year its one of the best moves of the offseason by any team.

The question is...will he?

Even if he does play 13 games this year he also has to have his fat butt in shape. That is the reason the Saints traded him he couldnt keep his weight down

Seattle will be better, but their defense still needs a lot of work. The Rams could be back, but don't forget, Warner sucked even before he injured his hand last year. Much as it pains me, I'll have to vote the status quo. ;-D

You all can vote Seattle all you want, but Seattle still sucks, there is NO way they are gonna have an easy go at winning the division, just no way.

Here is the way I see the division standings at the end of the year.

San Francisco
St Louis
Seattle
Arizona

Just the way it was last season, with Arizona cellar-dwelling, Seattle finishing near the bottom, as per usual, the Rams finishing in 2nd and of course the 49ers winning it.

I'm not trying to be biased at all, but this is just the way I see it at this point. Might change as time goes along.

When the dust settles, the Rams shall sit atop the NFC West. With the return of a healthy Warner, an O-line like a brick wall, and a RB that can slice through defences like a surgeon, they are in for a BIG year. Sorry 9ers fans, going to be another year looking up at the "Lambs."

ps - I take great joy in saying that after many a year thru the 80's and 90's being hounded by 9ers fans. Payback is a biotch, ain't it?

A new to this sight Seahawks fan here. Love the Hawks, but unfortunately my gut tells me St Louis. If Warner falters, Bulger has shown he can do the job. However, I do like what Seattle has done this offseason and I feel that as long as they click sooner in the season, they have the ability to go to the playoffs.

If his gut tells him St. Louis, could it also be that his heart tells him St. Louis? Not much of a Hawks fan if you ask me.... :-t

Wow, one defense of Washington people and the claws come out and the hissing starts?

Keep in mind, what is in my heart is not the same as what I feel in my gut. My daughter starting kindergarten could tell you that.

I think I will let her reply next time, even she can handle you...

Oh poor WaltofStar. It must be a burden for you to carry around such knowledge of the NFL and yet have no place to really showcase your "Talent". Alas, I stand by my conviction that you know without a doubt that the Hawks are pretty well over rated this year. Lets face it the Seahawks end of season win streak required two OT games to accomplish. The only team the Hawks "handled" during that win streak was St. Louis, who definately wasn't the St. Louis of 2001-2001.

Let's be honest, you know in your heart and your gut, that St. Louis is going to win this division. Tisk, tisk, tisk, bad fans are popping up all over.... :-t
