The Vi-queens are the class of this sad-sack division. Thank goodness that just when their weapons of mass destruction appear ready to propel them to the top, they use their weapons of self destruction and blow it. Somehow the Pack will win the division on Favre’s arm and mirrors. The Bears are relying on Slash, soon to earn a new nickname-Cut, to lead them. Need I say more. OK, I will. A-train new nickname is Streetcar due to his pedestrian like speed. The receiver core is going to wear down by midseason because of all of the miles they’ll put on chasing Slash...errr…I mean Cut’s errant passes. Too much to ask of any defense. The Lion’s will be the one team on the rise. No place to go but up, you might say. Mooch will get the passing game into gear and Rogers will have a great season. J Stew will have his best season, both rushing and catching passes.(46 rec. last year). They lost an over-rated Claiborne, but added Bailey in the draft and can’t help but to get better. I see 7 wins and a 3rd place finish for them. Da Bears will finish last.

LOL!! Nice post Moochman..I got a kick out of a lot of it. However I have a legitimate question for you...How can a guy be over rated who led his team in both tackles and interceptions last year...and finished second in sacks? I'm talking about Claiborne.

The Lions defense, like most, feature the middle linebacker. Traditionally the Lions middle linebacker will lead them in tackles. As far as sacks and interceptions, remember who he led. THE LION’S DEFENSE!!! In addition to not being able to cover, the secondary dropped an alarming number of int. chances. The D-line also under achieved. I just think that Claiborne was playing in the last year of a contract and probably has seen his best year. :-t

the lions third? you have to go vikings, they upgraded there defense with Kevin Williams, Ken Irvin, Denard Walker, and Chris Claiborne(why didnt they take suggs?) plus, moss and culpepper will light it up, and onterrio smith will play the whole year when they see how good he is doing and they will rest bennett

Vikings- 11-5
Packers- 10-6
Bears- 7-9
Lions- 6-10

Mooch will bring football back to Detroit and make it a reasonable team NEXT YEAR...
the team formally known as the spungos, but now known as the unpronouncable design...

It is anyone's for the taking, Minn is up right now but any team that catches a break could take it. It be nice for the Bears to get it but I don't see it. My vote goes to the Pack.
Stewie: [hitting on some co-eds] I must say, the most recent campus sporting event was quite spectacular.
Co-ed: Aw. Are you in a fraternity, little boy?
Stewie: Not yet, but I'm thinking of joining I Felta Thigh.
