Bennet will be back soon, so will smith. If they both stay healthy then Moe's value will be pretty low

For this year, I'd rank them:

Bennett (slightly)
Smith
Moe

Beyond, it'll be Smith time if he keeps his nose clean.

MIN RB values

Postby fantasy messenger » Sun Sep 19, 2004 1:16 am

I bet that Moe is missing from most fantasy rosters. Take a moment and consider recent history:

Remember Leroy Hoard? Think Moe.

I watched a few MIN games last year and Williams looked paretty darn good while Bennett was out and Smith was learning the system. Remember the lateral from Moss where Moe was following the play and scored a TD? I think Tice screwed up when Bennett became available. Up until about that time MIN was on roll. Moe put up great numbers until his role was reduced.

Keep a good eye on the MIN RB situation. If you play in a TD league, Moe might be a great pick-up.

For whatever it's worth, I love Moe and I hope he gets traded soon. He has feature back ability.

Yes of course he has value while Smith is gone. Smith will be gone after this week, the next four games.

Until Bennett is back and healthy, Williams will perform well those 4 games. Even if Bennett is playing, Williams usually gets goalline carries and plays quite a bit.

I think Moe's value nosedives once Smith returns though.
