I picked him up after the draft because J Walker and P Price both have there byes on Week 9, so I was hoping that Boldin would be back by then? Do any of you guys know when he will return?

I'd expect him to be back by Week 9. A couple of weeks ago they said he's supposed to be back around week 6 or 7. I still expect him to be back around Week 6 or7, but since I last checked they changed it to not knowing when he's due back..

He's expected back by the end of October, so whatever week that is.

Lets say he comes back week 9, half the season is gone...was he a flash in the pan or does he have talent ? I admit to not watching him much last year...Can he put up numbers in the last half of the year ?

yes there in no doubt he can.

he caught 110 passes last year, thats not a fluke, and fitz shoule be more confotable in the offence letting Boldin run with out triple coverage, i like his chances when he comes back.

Boldin is really a slightly above average receiver whose stats were inflated due to his situation. Its hard to see the future for the Cards' passing game. If Fitz puts on a show this year I think Boldin may take a bit of backseat, nursing his injuries through the latter games of the season.

Unless there is no other receivers available I would drop him..........Fitzgerald is going to be the man there.
