I did not see the league settings on safeties before the season, they are worth 4 points. A passing touchdown is worth 4 points, a fumble, interception and sack are only worth 1 point and I think this is ridiculous. There is absolutely no consistency with these points. I told the commish I want a vote to see if we can make it worth 2 points. He said no because the rules were set and he does not feel like changing it. Although, the commish right after the draft sent oout a vote to switch it so we can have an IR in our league. This happened a few hours after he drafted Anquan Boldin in a late round. I think the league should vote on this. Am I wrong??

Personally, I don't think you can change the scoring after the season has started. But if you want, post a message to the league and if everyone agrees, the commish will be under a lot of presure to change.

what are you worked up over? Safeties being the same point total as touchdowns?

I've only agreed with a scoring change once after a draft; and that was only because of an obvious error (incompletions were minus 50 instead of -.5). The numbers you cite don't sound nearly bad enough to warrant a change at this point. Leave it be.

BTW, I wouldn't tell anyone else that you "didn't see the league settings...before the season". Not knowing the settings prior to drafting is a huge mistake.

I am mad that they are worth the same and that the commish wont even allow a vote after he wanted a vote for the IR. Also, 2 other people, the only 2 I asked so far, want it changed as well. If I am not the only one is it valid to change?
