I have started him over Barlow and Dunn last 2 weeks, luckily am 1-1. With his toe hurting and natural grass I fear his explosiveness may be gone and he has found his way to my bench. Thougts?
Physically, Fred is fine. I doubt his foot is hindering all that much. Defenses don't respect the Jacksonville pass yet and will do everything they can to shut down Taylor. Lefty needs to open things up a bit for Fred. You can also add in the fact that Taylor's faced two top notch defenses thusfar. He'll be fine.
Yeah, he faces another tough run D this week in Tennessee and I have no choice but to start him.
Could he kill your team? I suppose. I had Ricky Williams last year and he killed my team on a number of weeks. Here's hoping he isn't last year's Ricky in that sense.
i'm really glad i chose barlow over him in one of my leagues.. but i chose freddy on another league, and yah.. he's killing me! and so is kevin jones, trent green, etc.

im in the same boat. i have alexander too tho, and although he put up 3 tds in week 1, the combinational bad plays of henry and/or taylor basically lost it for me. this week i rolled in the lowest score in league history. the average team scores between 90 and 110 pts. i had 59.
I am a believer in the "stick with your stud" theory. Thanks Fred, I left D Foster on the bench this week and, of course, I lost. I do think he will come around once Lefty gets it together.
