Depends if you have Tatum. If you have Tatum and Q thats the pick. Q vs barlow goes to Kevan.

Griff schedule:
SD
@TB
CAR
@OAK
@CIN
ATL
HOU
@NO
OAK
@SD
MIA
@KC
@TEN
IND

Barlow:
@SEA
STL
@ARI
@JETS
@CHI
SEA
CAR
@TB
MIA
@STL
WAS
BUF
@NE

Griff's got a far easier schedule...plus I like having backs (sans LT) on competative teams. Denver will be in a lot more games than SF.

Griffen, I didn't expect much from Griffin in Jax becuase nobody has rushed well there. He had about 100 yards rushing & catching combined which I felt was respectable. I think Q will get in the enzone more then Barlow and will break more runs too.

Q-wagon here!

Your post is kind of hard to read, but to put it bluntly, you're fulla shit. I gave this reply about as much thought as you did your post.

i don"t think their remaining schedules are all that different > i did the stats for avg rushing yards against for remaining opponents> denvers remaining based on this year 118.1 yds/gm 2003 130.1yds/gm SF remaining 122.5 yds/gm this year and 114.5 yds/gm for 2003.

I like Barlow better. He is in a better situation because the 9ers have to have him preform in order to compete. It's that simple. My worry with Q-slip is that, with a stable coach like Shanahan, he could be one more crucial fumble away from watching Bell. Remember for all of us who think that it's the system, there's one man who believes it more-Shanahan.

Those who say Barlow obviously wasted a 2nd round pick on him and are jealous of those who got Q-tip in the 4th. Sure SF depends on Barlow more... that doesn't mean anything except that the defense knows what to look for. Yards and TD's are what get you points, not touches & looks.

Griffin is the clear choice. A couple more weeks should clear this up.

I think it will be Barlow. Both sides have compelling arguments, but a couple more fumbles, and it's going to be Bell's chance in there. The injured hand had kept him far enough back to make people think Griffin is the real deal. I just don't see him keeping the job forever.

Barlow has no one breathing down his neck. I think he will put up bigger numbers.

And no i 'obviously didn't use a 2nd rd pick on him' ...depending when your draft was held, i saw Griffin go earlier than Barlow in two of my drafts. The one that he didn't was held back in mid July.

So Barlow may have more value if you got him with a later pick than when Griffin went.
