More bad news on L Gordon

From yahoo

Outlook: The roles are reversed now in Miami. Dave Wannstedt could not have been too impressed with the performance turned in by Gordon against Cincinnati, which means that a healthy Minor will likely get back into the mix. Watch for a platoon if Minor can go against Pittsburgh.

What can u make of this?

Not much. Whoever wrote that probably didn't watch the game. If Wannstedt blames that performance on Gordon he's an idiot.

Well, I'm not going to say it wasn't gordons fault but I'm not saying it was either. I don't think you are able to determine that with a lousy offensive line. Man, there line is atrocious!

I also think that the announcers are correct when they say Gordon is not hitting any holes, he is studder stepping and not being decisive in picking a line and going...I know, there was not much of a hole in that line out there, but there were times where he could have gone for it!

Amazinz had it right, by watching the game you could clearly see that Gordon was given no room to run.

As soon as he was given the ball he had defenders in his face. I won't doubt Wannstedt's utter stupidity if he decided to work Minor in again.

You know, I had heard a lot of people talk about how bad Miami was this year, but it is hard to put into words how bad they looked Sunday night. Gordon had no chance.

I never would start Gordon, but I got Rhodes before the Edge owner did. He's starting over Rudi (vs Baltimore) this week

This is the true answer. Wannstedt is just inept at coaching. The Dolphins organization is absolutely dumb if they keep him around for more than half of this year. I don't care what he's owed (if anything); that club needs a swift kick in the ass, and a coaching change "may" help. It works in baseball sometimes...

It's hard to think that anything will help that O-line though. The defense is still pretty tough; they just need to control the ball and score enough to win.

As for the question, I hope Gordon is the feature because I might have to use him this week (if Edge plays). :-o

What has Wanny ever done to be owed anything? All he did was run 2 franchises into the ground, one of which arguably had Super Bowl talent player wise for 3 years of his tenure. What'd he do with this talent? One playoff appearance.
