God what monkey drops price? You could definetly package him up with someone for a nice trade.

Doesn't something have to be expected of you for you to be a bust? I've never liked Price since about 5 games into last year.

Let's all just relax and take a deep breath...

Sure, Price is off to another slow start, but Vick IS learning the west coast offense a bit behind schedule... Vick was uncannily accurate last week, and as his confidence grows, I think he'll look down the field more considering how good his arm is. Price is still the most proven and talented receiver on the Falcons, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if Price turns it around if Vick is healthy for the remainder of the season. Many folks swore Vick and Price would be like peanut butter and jelly before Vick broke his stick in the preseason last year. It's possible that the two may bust out and emerge as a serious TD tandem, the more willing Vick becomes to stand in the pocket and huck it.

And yes, he does has trade value, just not as much as before this season started...

We all know Price isn't a Moss or Harrison. But I would feel comfortable having him as a low #2 or #3 type if guy. Sure there will be games with crappy stats but the potential is always going to be there for a Vick scramble, the defense breaks down & Price open for some big plays.

One season and 2 games are enough to make a decision.

I agree with this opinion, Price isn't likely to get any better. Remember, it's not just this season he's been lousy, he was a bust all of last year too. In the same boat with Plaxico Burress. How long can you keep giving guys like that a chance??.. Price was only ever good for one season in the NFL when he was the #2 WR for the Bills behind Eric Moulds, who would draw most of the coverage. No one equivalent on the Falcons.

The saddest thing about the whole situation is that the Bills offence has been terrible ever since Price left too, they haven't been able to replace him. We get the Bills every week in our market and their offence is PAINFUL to watch. :-t Classic case of a move being bad for everybody..
