I will...It's 2003,just over 3 months away from the football season.
Although I like LDT over Ricky, you have to put a healthy Faulk & Holmes in the top 5.
You have to assume he considers all the p[layers to be healthy, which is why Holmes and Faulk are up top (rightfully so in that case)
If Holmes was healthy then he should be above Williams. Its good to see other people opinions on these things tho.

Starting with the QB,
I think Vick (2) and Brooks (6) are ranked to high. Vick should drop 3 spots and Garcia and Pennington should be ranked higher then Brooks.
RB.
If Holmes is completely healthy then he should be ranked no lower then 2. LT at the number 1 spot and Williams in the third.
James (14) I love it, I have him ranked no lower then 7, he’ll have a come back year.
WR,
Moss (3) I’m OK with, although I’ll never draft him again, he’s always a threat to score. Isaac Bruce (19) how one falls so quickly. Rice (16) I can understand the positioning, but I’ll take Rice over a third of the guys in front of him, hes a TD machine.
