Are these two worthy claims......I am in a deep 12 Team League

I am high in pending order, for waivers/free agents should I take a stab at one, Which one? I was thinking Carter.

Maybe I could waive one of them......

I wouldn't bother. Between Green, Westbrook and Jones, you don't need him. I'd save your priority until you really do need to pick someone up.
