Thomas Jones to Tampa ?

According to the East Valley Tribune, the Cardinals are trying to trade Thomas Jones to the Buccaneers. if they cannot work out a deal in the near future, Jones probably will be released.

The Bucs need a new running back because it's starting to sound as if Michael Pittman is going to be wearing jailhouse orange soon enough. Jones isn't great, but he could benefit from a chance of scenery and a new system. Word is, the Cards are looking for a low-round pick in exchange for Jones.

we'll have to if gruden really even wants him, he may do it just to cause more compotition in practice, i think gruden already knows who he will have replace pittman...jones would have to blow gruden away for him to win the starting job..imo

TJ knows it's now or never...he could be a decent surprise, god knows he can't do any worse than Pittman
