I'm 5'7" / 195 and play RB too... coincidence. ;-)

Anyway, I don't think this article has anything to do with being injury prone. Ofcourse Vick has been out, but they're both freak accidents and they weren't in the same spot.

All of the older RBs are more injury prone than others, but anyone can get hurt.

Nothing's really leaning towards Culpepper getting hurt at all and even though the O-line in StL is bad, I definitely think Bulger can last.

I don't think Q-Griff will be affected by any injuries this year and Taylors injury is pretty much a nagging one, nothing to be worried about really.

As for Shockey, if his hamstring heals properly, he'll be ok. I'm not worried about his foot since he was smart and got the surgery.
