Postby Jscupa » Fri Sep 24, 2004 10:46 am

wtf man?? the "kids" over at cbs boards are trying to say Q.G is a bust.

BWHAHAHA

retards.. most of us drafted him in the 7th round ( I did)
and he is 7th in FF points right now

how in the hell is he a bust??

hahaha

the other boards really crack me up

Well let's look at the painfully obvious:

2 games played

1 great game against a vulnerable defense
1 bad game against a good run D.

So where's the actual value lie?

People who say he is a bust are probably inferring he's gonna bust.

They've got just as much validation as people who say he's gonna succeed.

even if the guy got just 10 points a game
he is not a bust
he was drafted late in almost every draft

hell I won in week one because of him

It really depends where he was drafted. During the days right before kickoff Griffin started going a lot higher than 7th. In those drafts where he was taken in the 2nd ahead of guys like Dillon and Henry I think he absolutely will be a bust.

i think no matter where you go you'll find 'kids' (not necessarily chronologically young, mind you) saying all kinds of stupid things(Priest sucks/P. Manning doesn't have anyone good to throw to!). I fell prey to these idiots last week and almost traded away C. Brown after they said he tore his ACL. I have a hard time distingushing them from knowledgable people sometimes, but thank God this site seems to be 'relatively' free and can count on (for the most part) the caste scoring system in place keeping track of posts made. This doesn't infer knowledge, but does give a general idea since you can cross-reference all their past posts. If you see a bunch of "he sucks" comments, you know he's a 12 year old.

Sorry for the rambling, but this touched on a sore subject of mine...

QB T. Green V. Testaverde
RB J. Lewis D. Davis C. Brown L. Suggs
WR D. Mason J. Walker E. Moulds A. Lelie Key Johnson A. Davis
TE A. Crumpler J. Witten
DEF Jags and Denver
K Longwell and Hanson

yeah, right now i fear every team the boys play...even arizona to an extent. We'll need all the luck we can get....

a quick thought: i've watched T. Hass play when he was in Philly, and played well for a green rookie. is he 3rd on the qb chart? i wouldn't mind him coming to the cowboys. i see him as a starter on some teams(arizona/browns). am i crazy?

wow..

yea..coming from a hardcore skins fan
no joke.. 80% of the skins fan want hasslbeck to start
We love him.. I hope ramsey gets hurt and he comes in
he came in last year and played great

honestly I think hasslbeck is the best qb we have
Joe gibbs says he loves the guy

honestly I picked him up in my FF
thats how confident I am in him

I think he will have the starting job at the end of the year..

he is defitnitly a fan favorite
