while it's not free, I recommend draftsharks.com

This site not only does projections (which you can modify when you set up an account), but also has a rating very similar to the "value draft" one, that allows you to judge whose value is relatively higher than everyone else. I have used it for three years, and I feel so much more informed than before.

Warning, I write for them occassionally, so I am biased... :-)
