draft picks 1-2 (answered too darn quickly)

I should have posted this around the time of the NFL draft, but hey, I wasn't here yet.

1) Three schools share the distinction of producing the first two picks of an NFL draft in a given year. Most recently, Courtney Brown and Lavar Arrington from Penn State went 1-2 in 2000. Can you name the other two schools?

2) Care to name the years?

3) Care to be really arcane and gimme the players?
