How'd Chris Brown look?

Was worried how he'd do vs. Jax run D.

Don't come on this thread and regurgatate the stats...I can go look at espn.com. I wanna know how he looked from anyone that watched the game.

didn't watch the game, but with stats like that agains the Jags, how do you think he looked?

Well chuckles Since his TD run was 26 yards that leaves 22 for 75.

I wanted to know if he was getting beat up on the majority of the carries, only to spring big on a handful. Or was he hitting holes well against a defense that hadn't given up a 100 yd rusher in what 16 games?

Brown looked very good out there today against an extremely tough defense. On the runs where the Jags got penetration in the backfield , Brown was able to get about 2 yards on those plays instead of nothing. Seems like no matter who the opponent is, Brown gets enough yardage to warrant looks on 2nd and long because he'll fight for that extra 2 yards. Very few runs for no gain from this guy.


Brown had the strength to bust a few 6-10 yard runs when there was a gap to run through, and then he had those two 20 yard runs. One of them happened to be in the redzone, where he hit a large hole fast enough that he only had to beat 1 man on the play... and he ran right past him. I swear when you watch Brown play he looks like a really slow player, but no one can catch up... it's like an optical illusion.

He looked real good, Tenn. basicly ran the edges (outside the tackles) and did fairly well. As always the Jac. D. was very tough in the middle.

That TD run he had was awesome!!!!!!

He's now officially taken Westbrooks job as my no. 2 back and he's pushing A. Green for no. 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys summed it up well. JAX is very impressive on Def and Brown earned a lot of tough yards. I feel VERY good having him as my #2 in a couple leagues.
