Is Brooks a top 5 QB?

Postby mad benjamin » Sun Sep 26, 2004 6:08 pm

Forget his past inconsistency. The only guys I can see that are better than him right now are CPep, Peyton and McNabb, at least fantasy-wise. I'm thinking of packaging him w/ a RB after the strong showing this week for a lesser QB and an upgrade at RB. His stock is high and he has games to play against tough Atlanta, Tampa Bay and Carolina (all twice) and I can't reasonably expect him to put up these kind of numbers all year.

Thoughts?

Vick is the most overrated QB in the league.

I'd take Brooks over him in fantasy. I would take Brooks before McNair too.

I like Peyton, Hass, McNabb, and C-Pepp before Brooks. Penny and Brady are in the same boat to me as Brooks.
