Titan fans: What is wrong with McNair?

I definitely think the McCareins trade has hurt them. Probably should have rethought with the corp or WRs that left them with.

Calico will help but let's be realistic he is not going to save them completely.

Calico should be back next week and that should help. He was a game time decision yesterday. They are getting much better production out of the running game; especially in the redzone, which is keeping Mcnair's touchdown numbers lower.

He is and has been hurt the titans I guess have been hiding it. He will not play this week and could miss several games ankle/chest inj.

What a waste of a 5th round pick. God damn, I should have stuck to my plan of 6-7 round QBs. Brooks and Bulger are tearing it up in my other leagues.

Jeff Fisher's press conference today he said " An unhealthy Mcnair is not an option." The tennessean newspaper source for him being in the hostpital where is still is now. Radio 104.5 in Nashville carried the press conference live and there titans report the other about Volek. Also Neil O'Donnell now on 99.7 radio Nashville basically said the same thing and more he thinks Steve has been hurt for some time (ankles).

What do you think, drop Gannon for Volek? Its a 25 roster 12 team dynasty, and I would be falling back on Plummer now that McNair is hurt.

I would play Volek this week he is a good qb and I am 95% Calico will be back this week. With erron kinney out they should go three wide more and Volek should throw for 250 to 300 yards against the Chargers. And from what I hear he might be a play for 2 or three weeks. Our next three are @SD @GB @HOU all bad secondaries.

Losing Calico has allowed teams to double-team Mason and leave Bennett to be the possession receiver that he is. When Calico returns that will completely open the offense back up. I don't believe that the Titans have been hiding McNair injuries for one second. He did however, get injured in the 2nd half of the Jacksonville game, and I suspect he'll miss this weeks game, but I bet he'll be back for MNF versus GB.

But that being said, if you spent a high draft pick on McNair I don't think you'll see him outperforming guys like Brooks and Bulger by enough of a margin to merit the high draft pick. But I feel all of your pain as I drafted Vick pretty high!
