The Chiefs reported a right shoulder contusion to wide receiver/return specialist Dante Hall after Sunday's loss to the Texans, the Topeka Capital-Journal reports. Hall caught five passes for 32 yards.

OUR VIEW

We'll let you know how serious this is as soon as we know, but the Chiefs were already without starter Eddie Kennison (hamstring) on Sunday. To make matters worse, Kansas City travels to Baltimore next Monday night.

the details are fuzzy but it would seem Gonzo's value goes up and a few ppl may go to the wire for Morton this week!

I doubt the values really change at all.

It's not like Dante is some 1000-yard receiver or anything.

If anything, his value goes down. One less receiver makes it all the more tempting to double and triple team gonzo.

yeah lol no ones value goes up here hall didn't do much but maybe 50 yards a game. They're going to be hurting for returns now though, which really sucks cause they won't be getting the good field position

My guess is hall won't miss any time - contusion is just another word for a bruise. But I think he'll be back to last year's role of return specialist. They can't afford to get him banged up no matter how thin they are at WR.
