Just a thought...but a lot of people expected to see rec. yards go up a lot more than they have this year because of the way that DB's were going to be called for penalties. IMO i'm not really seeing as much of a gain in yards as i thought that i would.
I have 2 theories on this and wanted to hear any others that might be out there
1. The penalties are being called but the yards are going nowhere fantasy wise. The chains are moving but no one is getting yards for the penalties (ok for offenses, bad for ff). Teams get to see a lot more first downs than they have in the past.
2. Tight Ends are becoming better options for QB's.
Feel free to shoot holes in either theory - just would like to see opinions on them.
0-3 and desperate with Holt, K. Robinson, A. Bryant, M. Muhammad, and Calico (start 3)
