Anyone with any advice on how to deal with a league full of weak, unknowledgable owners???

NOBODY will trade in my league. Period.

Without going into great details, people can not objectively value their players, and their roster's strengths and holes.

On guy...wants Shaun Alexander for Plex Buress, because I have 5 good RB's, he has none, but my WR stink.

Or another who turned down Barlow/Rudi/P Price for Holt/Staley/Lamont Jordan...again, he's weak @ RB...but "Price is worse than Holt"...NO REALLY??

I'm tired of people drafting straight from what a magazine tells them...then are handcuffed when it comes to trading, because the magazine can't tell them what to do once the season starts.

I would have to assume it is a Yahoo public you are talking about.

One of the big problems of playing in that league is this issue. I offered this deal just after S. Davis went down and before Deuce did.

I wish I could say it's a public league...but it's co-workers.

I've done the same league for the last 6 years with OLD co-workers...I moved to a different group last Sept....got into their league this year as well....BIG mistake.

The concept of dealing from stregnth is foreign to all these morons. So now I sit around all day questioning their manhood for refusing to trade without first consulting all the other owners if they think it's a good trade...

Good to know I am not alone!
