Yes, he is. He had foot problems last year and chose not to have foot surgery, which means he'll play with an injured foot all year long.

I still think he's a Top 10 WR talent wise... he's should've been smart and had foot surgery last year in the off season, it was a bonehead idea not to.

I think if he's completely healthy he will be a Top 10... not sure when that will be, but hopefully soon b/c I'd hate to see a guy as talented as Coles blow his career because of a minor foot injury.

Regardless I still think he'll pull it together and put up decent #'s.
