Drop qb

Is there any reason to carry a backup qb if the #1 is off his bye week. I have Penny and Carson Palmer as my backup. I'd like to drop Palmer to free up a spot for another rb/wr.

It really depends how deep your league QB-wise. I have Pennington and McNair, and wanna deal McNair but there are no takers because his value is at an all time low.

If you wanna get rid of Palmer, I'd shop him around a little first to a team with a terrible QB for a better backup than what's on the FA list.

Who did you have in mind to drop Palmer for and what are some other QBs available, just incase Pennington gets hurt (God Forbid).

The only qb's left are Warner, Leftwich and Brunell that are even worth looking at.
