I agree with this list minus the D-Jax part... I think when Seattle is facing a team with a top corner that is much better than the other corner, you start Robinson...
QB: McNabb, Culpepper, Manning
RB: SA, Priest, LT2, Edge, Faulk, Lewis, Green, Edge, Brown
WR: Moss, TO, Harrison, Ward, CJ, Holt
The only really debatable person on this list IMHO is Brown, but I think he deserves to be on there after 3 - 100 yard games, plus anyone who puts up a 100 yards against Jax deserves to at least be thought of for this list.
QB - Culpepper, Manning, McNabb(right now!)
RB - The 8 top tier guys (barring injuries). RBs are too important in my league.
WR - Top down to & including Chad Johnson
After that it's all matchups. I think if you play around with sitting the above-listed guys, you're going to screw yourself more often than not.
EXAMPLE: Q-tip rushed for 7 yards against the SD defense. Anyone who sat a top 5 guy to watch that fiasco got what they deserved.
