Yahoo Commissioners (past or present): Need Help

I have an owner in a league (couple of years running) who continuously disobeys the leauge's rules. It's a money league, and I'd like to get someone else to take over his team, but it's under his yahoo ID. I was going to have someone pay him what he payed this year to get in (buying out his share) and just take over. Is there a way to lock him out and have someone else be able to do this without using his Yahoo ID? Hope this makes sense. I'd really love to replace this punk. Is there a way?

It can be done, but the person who takes over the team has to make all his moves and set his roster through you.... You lock the crappy owner, and then have the new owner submit all his transactions and line-ups to you via e-mail, and you set them through the commissioner tools....
