always been pretty good at picking winners, team wise but not as good at pick winners individual wise as proved by my fantasy record this year (usually do fairly well but injuries have killed me).
When picking in a game where you pick from all the games, you got to be a little lucky cause most weeks there will be 1 or 2 upsets. This last week with a couple of homer style upset picks gave me an edge when they both won. Texans (I live in houston) and Jax (Leftwitch went to Marshall -the middle part of my name "herd" for the thundering herd).
Not so good a picking final scores either as evidenced by my horrible showing in pick 3. best I've done is 83rd place in the 1st week.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
