Lets put an end to 2 rumors:

Bucs Nix Deal For McCardell

Tampa Tribune: "A spokesman for holdout receiver Keenan McCardell's agent said the Bucs turned down an offer to trade McCardell to Kansas City for running back Larry Johnson on Thursday."

Birds wise to avoid Johnson
October 1
Philadelphia Daily News columnist Paul Domowitch (registration required): "WHEN THE Kansas City Chiefs phoned the Eagles earlier this week to see if they might have any interest in their diaper-dandy running back, Larry Johnson, the Birds wisely said thanks but no thanks."

So if he gets traded anywhere, it looks like Miami is the only option left, and I doubt Mia (0-3) will do anything. So for those who picked him up like me, its probably safe to drop him (I'm waiting until middle of next week just in case)

Thanks for the update, I think I will start looking at A. THomas now, seems like he is gonna be on the trading block.

If he goes to Miami.. Johnson should go to Dallas. But THEY said no too...

Miami won't trade for anyone, this season is already a lost cause. I think they have a shot at the dreaded 0-16 they are so bad. Too bad for you Dolphin fans, Im predicting much more suffering for you guys.

And besides! As a Chicago fan (are you? I assume so...), you have to know Miami's season is comign around now! Brock "the legend" Forsey is now in MIA to rule supreme! He's a real 2,000 yard back... even after missing 3 games! Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go sprinkle some rocksalt on all the places Hell froze over.

lol me and my friend were commenting on that a few weeks ago. give it up Forsey. your best bet would be to transfer over to TE or something or an Alstott type FB. how big is he anyway?
