Is STALEY worth the start against CIN...?

granted they are 2nd for giving up the most yardage...lewis and marin...but is he worth a starting spot...

example...foster against ATL or STALEY...
or...pittman against HOU or STALEY...

any thoughts ..

I would play Foster over Staley, but I would start Staley over Pittman just about any day of the week....especially agianst my poor Bengals.
