Happily picked up Jets D last week... are they for real?

The Jets D is definately one of those depends-on-the-matchup starts. Not a terrible option against the Bills, but not great either. Jac may give up fewer points against SD, but FF is usually as much about take-aways as points allowed. I'm not terribly excited about either.

I'm keeping em. They have some nice matchups this year.

Their whole schedule is a good matchup. All except 2 games vs NE and one vs Sea.

I bet they sack Drew Bledsoe (much you couldn't recognize him) about 5 times next week. I'm sure Drew will also throw a pick or two. You can't predict when and against who they will score TDs against. So going by turnovers and sacks I like them.

But who is? Gastineau, Klecko, Lyons, Salaam. That was a defensive line for the ages.

They shut down Miami, hardly the league's best offense, but they did it without Cowart.

I agree they're not a top-notch D yet, but they are much improved, they have shut down some good RBs so far this year (I'm not referring to any Dolphins), and they won yesterday's game for the Jets.
