Both scored TDs this week. Are both for real? They are the #1 options it seems for their respective teams. Could they be solid #3 fantasy WRs this year? Or better?

I don't know if I would ever want to rely on Baltimore's #1 WR for anything other than a bye week filler.

As for Michael Clayton, I think that he's for real. I thought I read somewhere that he's in the top ten for passes thrown to, or something like that. He's being targeted a lot and he'll start catchin' things with more consistancy sooner or later.
