I have Green ranked 8th on my personal cheat sheet, but I wouldn't laugh at anyone who moved him a few positions North or South. I think taking him in the Top 4 or 5 would be risky, and you'd be giving him away if you let him fall to the middle of the second round (unless you're in a division where scoring is evenly weighted to allow WRs and QBs to challenge RBs).
