Should I drop Leftwich?

Postby citti34 » Wed Oct 06, 2004 9:39 am

He's my backup behind Green (also not outstanding). Leftwich and that offense are hiding behind the defense. What could happen: he could be like a Brady, who did the same thing early in his career, just a silent warrior who won games with few mistakes.

dude.. wrong time.. haha he is finally coming around
he had 20 points last week 312 yards and a td

jacksonville is finally using him in the shotgun.. which is where he is strong at.. to drop him now would be foolish

It all depends on who else is available to you....

If Carr is out there, then definitely drop Lefty...

I agree. I think Leftwich's stock is going up, not down. He is still going to have some inconsistent games, but he is a good spot starter depending on the matchup.
Vengeance is mine.

Well, I have Testaverde. Lefty had 14.36 points in my league last week, 1 pt= 50 yards, td=6.

So you have Tesy and Green?

IMO, if you only start one, there is no reason to carry 3 QB's....
