Hmm... interesting idea!

This might actually not be that difficult (well, maybe ); we'd need to decide the factors to be considered (such as points scored by an opponent as a percentage of points scored in the league as a whole), and how much weight should be given to each factor. Assigned the correct importance to each factor would probably be the tricky part...
