Beginning of the year everyone would have said Andre. Chad seems to be hurting from Kitna not playing. Andre seems to be doing pretty good from Carrs numbers.

It'll be pretty close by the end of the year.

I gotta go with Andre though.

BTW I own the Texan

Umm I didn't see ANY rankings that would indicate so...

I think CJ will easily rebound, and will finish in the top 10 wr's.

Easily Chad, I don't see how Andre is that good that he can be put above a top WR like Johnson.

He has struggled a little but the big time players get their stats, regardless of who is throwing the ball. I think Palmer will begin to iron himself out, and if not he has a very solid backup who we know can deliver the ball to him.

I still don't think Andre Johnson will even break 70 receptions this season. Andre needs to average about 4 yards per catch more than Chad to stay even with him yardage wise... The only problem is, Chad Johnson also has the homerun ability that Andre relies on.

Close bet on who has the most touchdowns at the end of the season. Chad's gotta have the edge in that category as well though, he's put up 10 in a season before, Andre has less than 10 on the career.

johnson and johnson

Not a very good stat on that 10 td thing...Andre's only played 20 games...you're acting like he's been around for awhile.

Andre's the better bet here with a much more reliable QB, Palmer is learning and it's going to hurt Chad. Kitna is not coming in and the Bungles have made that clear.

While Carr is developing into a fairly solid Q. Andre has a worse supporting cast at wideout to draw attention away, but he has a bigger build, TO like to get the tougher catches.

I agree, but that's part of my point. Andre is only 4 games outside of his rookie year. It takes time for young WRs to learn the routes and timing of the NFL. Just look at his reception total, he's doing a lot of things with very few passes. Last season he was like 65 receptions for 1000/4. This year he's on pace for 65 receptions with 1400/8. Do you think Andre can keep up his 20+yards per catch rate over the course of the season.

Andre (17 rec/31 targets, 355 yds, 2 TD)

Overall- 9th
Yards- 6th
Targets- 13th
Receptions- 30th
20.9 Ypc

Chad (20 rec/39 targets, 297 yards, 1 TD)

Overall- 15th
Yards- 11th
Targets- 5th
Receptions- 15th
14.9 Ypc

I'll take Andre. But it's very close. I'd honestly expect their numbers to be very close in the end. CJ's prodution picks up when Warrick returns.
