Rich Gannon's injury?

i got Delhomme and Leftwich, both dont really impress me, whats Gannon worth and when will he be back?

His estimated return has been extended to 8 weeks. The team is still considering placing him on I.R. and there's still the chance that this injury is career-ending. I don't think he has much value right now.

I would agree with Amazinz here. I had Gannon as my backup up QB. Much to my dismay, the week Brady had a bye, Gannon got hurt and I lost as a result. After that I cut Gannon. As it was, Oakland was going to pull Gannon at the first sign of trouble anyways. I personally thought that Gannon was going to have a great season, and he probably would have until the injury. But since he already missed a season because of another injury and Oakland is unlikely to give him a second chance, it is very possible this is a career ending injury.
