McNair owners: Do you also own Volek now?

Just thinking about picking him up in case McNair goes down for good. Am I just better off playing the wire in that case, or is Volek good enough to earn a bench spot? If McNair were to get knocked out for a long time, he might not make it far in the waiver war. Your thoughts, please.

Tough call.

Volek is an adequate sub (much like Frerotte in MIN).

Here's something to consider -- McNair plays on Monday night this week. If you take a pass on another QB on Sunday and it turns own McNair doesn't go, then you might have to resort to Volek.
