I like the odds on Wannstedt!

This should hardly come as a shock, but Miami's Dave Wannstedt is a 2-to-1 favorite to become the first NFL coach to get fired or resign this season, according to WagerOnSports.com. The 49ers' Dennis Erickson is second at 5-2, followed by the Saints' Jim Haslett (4-1), the Chargers' Marty Schottenheimer (5-1) and the Rams' Mike Martz (7-1).

$100 on Wannstedt please.

does a firing directly AFTER the season count? if so, i'd put big money on haslet
It doesn't need to be in good taste, so long as it tastes good

Wannstedt, like Davis both got contract EXTENSIONS... don't count on it.

Put my money on Erickson... a horrible mistake.
