ESPN:Running teams
There seems little doubt, given the Carolina offensive design, that a healthy Stephen Davis could log 320 to 350 rushing attempts in 2003. There are seven teams which, in 2002, rushed the ball on more than 46 percent of their total offensive snaps. Here is a look at those teams:
Team Rush pct.
Miami 52.5
Atlanta 50.4
Tennessee 49.5
Kansas City 47.9
Jacksonville 47.4
Pittsburgh 46.7
Carolina 46.6

that changes on a year to year basis, while you can put some stock into injuries/personell decision and the rapid changing world of the NFL alter that bg time

does the Atlanta stat inclue all the pass plays that happened to turn into running plays for Michael Vick?

it's hard to beleive Tennessee is on that list. George got a lot of hand offs, but didn't go too far.

Eddie didn't have a "stellar" season, but it wasn't horrible. He rushed for 1,165 yds. and ran in 12 touchdowns and caught 2. His YPC was down a bit, but 12 rushing TD's isn't too bad. Tomlinson only had 2 more than that.
