steelers fans -- your thoughts on Plax

i was getting ready to drop Plax, when i read this from yahoo:

Recommendation: Burress caught only five passes in the first three games but was involved in the action much more Sunday against the Bengals. In addition to his four catches for 69 yards, he drew a 21-yard pass interference penalty against Bengals corner Tory James that led to the go-ahead touchdown run by Jerome Bettis in the fourth quarter. Roethlisberger overthrew Burress on what might have been a 60-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. Another 57-yard grab was wiped out when Bengals coach Marvin Lewis challeneged the play and video showed that Roethlisberger's knee had touched the ground before he released the ball.

seems like a few bad breaks prevented a monster game... Is he getting more looks from Roth? Worth keeping?

Hes definetly worth holding onto. Even if it means riding the pine for a while.

He is a loser in the fantasy world, and doesn't seem that great in real life either. You could hold onto a ton of worthless players hoping they will get better..... but that wouldn't be smart.

Save for one season, he's been a feast or famine fantasy player. He'll give you a great game, then disappear for a couple of weeks.

I suspect that the QB change in PITT might help him though.

He's had two 1000 yard seasons in his career so its not like hes never done anything. Roethlisberger looked his way a lot last week so if nothing else id wait a couple weeks before doing anything with him

Yes, I'd stick with him a couple more weeks. You will see things will look better for him again. ;-D

New QB= New Numbers

hope its for the better, not like it could be worse. Actually sitting on the bench, real bench is worse.

Keep Plax...Big Ben has been going to him a lot...In fact, he almost connected on a couple HUGE plays in recent weeks that would have really given Plax some points.
One for the thumb...
