Simms or Delhomme: Better QB of the future?

What do you guys think. Reason I'm asking is because in my dynasty league team that I just inherited this season, a guy offered me:

Simms, Brad Johnson, and Kellen Winslow for Delhomme

I haven't seen Simms play much, but does he have the ability to be a big time QB? He does have some good WR's, but Tampa just seems confused. Any thoughts?

(Oh, and I'm rebuilding my dynasty team because, well, its god awful. The original owner made some bad ideas with players.)

Admittedly, I don't know what a dynasty league is, but if that means you will have Simms next year, do it. Delehomme is on a run-first team, while Simms will be passing all the time. Simms will pay dividends for years to come, and forget what people say about him not winning the big games. First, it was coaching mistakes in college, plus fantasy football has nothing to do with real time playoffs.

simms doesnt matter.. neither does Delhomme. the best player in that deal is winslow, and that is why you should be doing this deal, youre getting KW.. he'll have more value than anyone else there.
