21-0 with 8 minutes to go in the second. What the heck is going on in SD?

LDT already has more receiving yards in the first half than just about any WR from the early games....except, of course the participants in the Tikes/Texans air show.

Go Bolts!! Yeah!! Chargers won 34-21. Jesse Chatman(who??) had 11 carries for 103 yards rushing and 1 rush TD. And that was in relief of LT!! In one of the drives, it was all Chatman!! He split 71 yards in two carries. But I wouldn't look too much into Chatman, unless LT(god forbid!!) goes down to injury or his groin gets worse.

And to think the Chargers would trade Brees for the right offer?? What's up with that. I know they believe so much in Rivers, but to trade him away in the middle of a run, just to get something in return before he leaves, is stupid! Hasselbeck in Seattle isn't getting traded because he's in the last year of his contract. They're trying to win up there. If they trade Brees while they are still in contention, that would be the worst for the morale of the team, the fans and the franchise.

The Chargers were impressive. ;-D

After the draft, who would have thought the Chargers would be 3-1, the Giants 4-1 and Manning and Rivers would be on their respective benches. :-B
