Eric Johnson is a fantasy god!

OK, so hes a TE, but the numbers hes putting up at TE are incredible, he was basically a game time decision today but still puts up huge numbers. How bout leading the league in receptions by a good margin? and having well over 400 yards receiving with a couple of TD's. Not too shabby. I have a feeling hell get more action if SF gets the ball back. HE IS THE SF OFFENSE THIS SEASON. 39 grabs aint nothing to shake a stick at.

Antonio Gates isn't too shabby either. 93 yds and 2 TDs.

Let me guess, you're either a 49er fan or have Johnson on your fantasy team. Next time give facts to support your answer. I'll take 2 TDs over 1 any day.

Actually in my scoring system 1pt/10yds 6 pt TD, Johnson scored 1 more point than Gates. Either way I expect both to put up similar numbers at the end of the year, both will be top 5 TE IMO.

My leagues scoring has gates and johnson at the following values.
(1 pt per 10 yards receiving, 6 TD, .5 receptions)
Johnson
1-18.60
2-8.50
3-6.40
4-16.30
5-28.70
Total-78.50

Gates
1-16.30
2-5.90
3-5.00
4-15.20
5-25.20
Total-67.60

How are those numbers for you? Johnson has been better every week, is that enough factual information for you? B-)

After getting cold feet about Boo Williams and Billy Miller, I picked Johnson up for both my teams. Perhaps the best move I've made this year.

I like Johnson because he is the ONLY option in SF. Both will have good years though.

Here's your statistics:

Johnson 41 receptions 460 Yards 2 TDs

Gates 31 Receptions 343 Yds 3 TDS

Both are studs right now, but I would take Johnson over Gates. SD has several different weapons. SF seems to have Johnson and Barlow.

I'm pissed that I didn't pick him up when I had the chance. I am also pissed that the SF QB can't hit anyone else. Crutch.
