If an IDP also returns punts or kicks oreven plays offense,does he also get points even if those categories are only present in the offense columns but not in defense?

They certainly do in Yahoo. I've got JR Reed, McGee and Colclough playing DB in a league with nice points for return yards and they are doing very well.
Rossum is the only DB outscoring any of them.
