I'm with Mass on visiting different team forums,I do that often...not just during the season either. It's a great way to get info from that team's fans, many of whom live in the team's city.
the one site I don't see mentioned here is espn...now im not talking hector and victor, but I am saying espn fantasy football does have good info on site all season, unlike baseball, the football info is free and theres more of it

Yeah, I get irrataded by sites that have some of their stuff available and then want you to pay for the extras (ESPN for one). Anyway, the two all free sites that I like to read are http://www.fftoolbox.com, and http://www.footballdocs.com Like the other guys said, footballguys have a lot of free stuff preseason, so get it while you can. All of these places have articles, rankings, ... Pretty mch the stuff you need. the #1 place to go hands down for mock drafts is Antsports (like the other guy said).
Well, I don't think it's under $20 because the early bird special has ended, but I would have you take a look at draftsharks.com. They have a couple of articles to preview, and I think their content is quite good. Maybe just a little bit better than Guttpuppy here. For free site, no question:
Lots of good info on this post. I have to agree with "guest"---I hate the part free and part pay....the college football page on ESPN was nothing but pay the other day....what the?!
Regarding best free sites, there are a few I regularly visit, each with their own contributions:
I could never see myself "paying" for the same information I can just find at the above sites . Just my take and wanted to throw in my two cents on this one.
