In Need of Quality Sig

I need a sig made for another site.

My user name is "Eyes of Envy" so I need that on there somewhere. Black and dark green as the main colors, Green Eyes in the background, some lightning effects would be nice, anything else creative you can come up with. And above all, as always, I need the best possible resolution (No paint! ), thanx in advance.

I couldnt find any good pictures of eyes...let me know if you find one....

Well, except for the eyes, can you make it a little darker, other then that everything looks pretty good.
