Too low to trade, too valuable to drop, and too disappointing to let him keep starting every week. Are we looking at a late-bloomer here, or have we already seen the best that our early draft choice has to offer?
We've seen the best. Have him on the trade block every week, and as soon as someone offers you a player that could start for your team take the deal.
Check out my Barlow trade situation......
QB - Manning, Ben Roth, Campbell RB - Henry, T Jones, D Ward, B-Jax, Betts, B Jacobs, Selvin Young WR - Lee Evans, Colston, Driver, Cotchery, Brandon Marshall TE - Heap K - Elam DEF - Chicago

I hope it isn't the best of the year Best thing to do is keep him around until a trade comes along for him, althoughtdon't get burned more from the trade than you did from Barlow thus far...

You can make a difference!!
I'm not starting him. I have Deuce and Tiki (thankfully he was so undervalued, I got him in the 6th round) as starters, and I'll plug in Pittman on the byes if Barlow's matchup is unfavorable. This week I'll be playing Deuce and Pittman. I have Amos Z if it comes to that.
I'm not expecting anything more than 70-90 yard from him on a weekly basis from here on out. However, i think that if Rattay is able to develop the passing game a bit earlier in games, it will help SF to stay competitive in games. If SF is able to stay close, and Rattay is able to pose some threat to secondaries, I still think there is a slight possibility that Barlow can be better than just mediocre.
Did any of you see the last game. Rattay looked great, and that wasn't his first. If they can establish a pass threat, then it changes evrything for Barlow. I have him and he's benched for now, but I'm wondering if things could get better. We'll see.

I'm not even expecting that much anymore.
Nothing like seeing him get 8 carries for 13 yards through 3.5 quarters when you benched Mewlede Moore who had 180 total yards and Ruben Droughns who had 200 yards and a TD.
Barlow can find his way off the bench when he EARNS it.
