Well 'Cuna, I picked it up and like it quite a bit.
I was a very late convert to the Beach Boys/Brian Wilson catalogue, and it wasn't until I rather reluctantly relistened to Pet Sounds in my thirties that I finally "got it".
Smile is not for those who haven't "got it" yet, but for those of us who have, it's a great updated document to the bootlegs we've been hearing for years; and a pretty decent CD on it's own today.
Excellent backing from The Wondermints.
Sure, Brian's vocals are nowhere near what they used to be, but the music is still on par with Pet Sounds.
If you're not a fan/convert, you'll probably think this is drivel, but if you are a fan, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Anyhow, I'm digging it.

Well, I just picked it up today and listened to it on my way back from Best-Buy. In fact, when I got home I turned right around and kept on drivin' until I finished the entire CD. Pretty good stuff, methinks.

When you have a party at your place, make sure you lock any doors to rooms you don't want people gettin' into...
